Schedule & Pay
- Pay rate: $15/hour
- Paid training provided
- Full-time, fully remote (USA-based)
- Early access to earned wages (up to 50%, capped at $500)
- Hours of operation:
- Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–9 p.m.
- Weekends: Closed
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound blended calls for residential and commercial accounts
- Process payments for delinquent accounts and set up payment installments
- Manage service orders: start/end water service, restoration after disconnection, and emergency notifications (e.g., water main breaks, loss control, threats)
- Provide excellent customer service while navigating multiple systems
- Issue service restoration or emergency orders with accuracy and urgency
- Maintain detailed account documentation and meet performance standards
What You Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Call center, collections, or customer service background a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to manage multiple windows/tabs while assisting customers by phone
- Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work fully engaged throughout shift with minimal distractions
