Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, remote role (open to candidates in Georgia, Oklahoma, and Tennessee)
- Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
- Consistent, non-seasonal work with paid training
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding wireless, wireline, and connect accounts
- Process payments, set up autopay, and send invoices to maintain account standing
- Resolve account issues and ensure compliance with FDCPA and state collection laws
- Maintain accurate records, professionalism, and strong public relations
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and assist with special projects as assigned
- Meet attendance, performance, and quality goals in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (BA preferred)
- 18 years of age or older
- Call center or collections experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while assisting customers
- Basic math skills for account reconciliation
- Reliable internet: minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace
- Must pass background check
