Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based role (restricted states: AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, MA, ME, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA)
- Full-time with consistent shifts: Mon–Fri 10–7 MT or Tues–Sat 9–6 MT
- Required: 2-week training period (Mon–Fri 8–5 MT)
What You’ll Do
- Call, text, and email clients to ensure treatment enrollment is complete
- Guide families through insurance and financial agreements
- Act as liaison across Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach, and Clinical teams
- Proactively address barriers to treatment and attendance
- Provide aftercare resources and schedule post-treatment appointments
- Manage client schedules and update records accurately
- Meet KPIs (appointments scheduled, financial completions, call volume, resolution time, satisfaction scores)
What You Need
- High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years in customer or patient support, with financial discussions experience
- Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and contact center technology experience (1–2 years)
- Knowledge of insurance and medical billing practices a strong plus
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication and emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and compliance standards
- Work authorization in the U.S. with English fluency (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and EMR systems
