Rippl is hiring a Credentialing Specialist (Part-Time, Contractor) to support our clinical operations team. This role ensures clinicians are licensed and credentialed with state boards and payers, helping us deliver seamless dementia care nationwide.

Schedule
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Remote (U.S.) – eligible states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
- Contractor (1099) status
- Pay range: $21 – $28 per hour (based on experience and location)
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and track clinician licensing and renewals (NPs, LCSWs, MDs)
- Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes
- Submit accurate and timely enrollment applications with supporting documentation
- Maintain provider records in CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and credentialing platforms (Medallion preferred)
- Monitor license, DEA, and credential expirations; initiate renewals in advance
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure clean claims and timely provider starts
- Follow up with boards and payers to resolve application or enrollment delays
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and other credentialing standards
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare licensing, payer credentialing, or provider enrollment
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer credentialing processes
- Experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and credentialing platforms (Medallion a plus)
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing standards
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
