Rippl is hiring a Patient Support Associate to ensure seniors and their families navigating dementia care receive consistent, uninterrupted support. This role focuses on re-engaging patients, maintaining chart accuracy, and partnering with clinical teams to deliver seamless, ongoing care.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Eligible states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
- Pay range: $19 – $25 per hour (based on experience and location)
What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to disengaged patients to rebook and re-engage
- Support rebooking workflows to minimize patient churn
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding scheduling, documentation, and logistics
- Maintain accurate charts and prepare follow-up appointment records
- Monitor Athena inboxes, route requests, and manage incoming documents
- Send reminders and links for follow-up appointments
- Collaborate with clinical and engagement teams to address patient needs and care plan updates
- Participate in initiatives to reduce patient fall-offs and strengthen care continuity
What You Need
- Passion for supporting seniors, families, and caregivers
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare support
- Comfort with technology (EMRs, phone systems, scheduling tools)
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare settings (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and secure private workspace
