What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails) to eligible families to schedule and confirm visits
- Share clear, empathetic messaging about Nest Health’s care model, handle questions, and overcome objections
- Track outreach in Salesforce CRM, monitor metrics, and refine scripts with your team
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment goals
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve outreach effectiveness
What You Need
- 2+ years in inside sales, call center sales, or member enrollment (healthcare experience preferred)
- 1+ year of CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) and basic Excel skills
- Proven success meeting sales or outreach performance targets
- Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) strongly preferred
