Schedule
- Full-time, temporary position (ends 12/31/25)
- 100% remote (U.S. only)
- Standard business hours; must meet internet/workspace requirements
What You’ll Do
- Support members by scheduling counseling appointments, conducting follow-ups, and addressing barriers to care such as transportation or prescriptions
- Perform administrative tasks: manage authorization requests, update provider data, audit case systems, and ensure accurate records
- Collaborate with clinical teams, triage high-risk calls, and assist with discharge planning and resource connections
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field + 1 year of healthcare, managed care, or customer service experience
OR high school diploma + 3+ years’ relevant experience - Strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe, data systems) and ability to talk/type simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organizational, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
- Quiet home workspace with high-speed internet (20 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload)
