Help everyday Americans get the tax advantages they deserve with Taxwell. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success with Drake Software and driving long-term satisfaction and retention.

Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
- Monday–Friday business hours (flexibility as needed)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for new customers during onboarding
- Guide customers through account setup, EFIN documentation, data conversion, and software installation
- Provide support via phone, email, and web tools with professionalism and empathy
- Send resources and documentation to aid onboarding and product adoption
- Assist with account transactions and inquiries to ensure a seamless start
- Recommend products and services aligned with business needs
- Track activities in Salesforce and maintain detailed, accurate records
- Build trust with customers through proactive follow-ups, encouraging renewals
- Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service, onboarding, or account management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone/email etiquette a must)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tax preparation industry (especially Drake Software)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
