Schedule
- Full-time, U.S.-based remote position
- Requires some travel to conferences across the country during fall, winter, and spring
- Standard working hours with flexibility around events
What You’ll Do
- Research, pitch, and book speakers for conferences and events
- Track progress toward booking goals and maintain organized systems
- Update and manage contact management systems
- Assist in preparation and coordination of speaker engagement logistics
- Represent From Day One with enthusiasm, professionalism, and optimism
What You Need
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a related role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in business software (MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
- Strong business writing skills and experience communicating in a professional context
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
