What You’ll Do
- Set appointments for automotive dealerships across the U.S.
- Deliver high-quality calls and represent dealerships professionally
- Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication on every call
What You Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills with ability to manage multiple platforms/screens
- Quiet home workspace, free from background noise
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
