Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Training starts October 9, 2025
- Requires ability to adhere to daily schedules and tasks
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and providers
- Schedule preventive health screenings and other appointments
- Provide benefits and insurance information
- Conduct patient surveys and welcome calls
- Deliver empathetic, patient-focused service in every interaction
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills (data entry, navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience with compassion and empathy
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to provide 2 monitors (22-inch minimum, HDMI and Display ports required)
