Schedule
- Full-time, 40-hour workweek
- Fully remote, U.S.-based role
- Requires flexibility with real-time patient inquiries
What You’ll Do
- Respond to patient replies about rescheduling via text, email, and phone
- Apply scheduling logic to modify, cancel, and rebook appointments in AthenaHealth
- Coordinate with core Scheduler team on open time blocks, waitlists, and escalations
- Monitor and resolve scheduling-related tickets in Zendesk and threads in Slack
- Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
What You Need
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient services
- Minimum 2 years of experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive inquiries
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Preferred
- Experience in digital health or virtual care environments
- Familiarity with scheduling workflows and patient coordination
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
