Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm EST
- Includes Saturday coverage: 10:00am–2:00pm EST
- Flexible hours and overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective members to explain available services and assist with enrollment
- Process new referrals and accurately enter member data into company systems
- Manage incoming calls and provide professional, courteous support
- Research member history to ensure successful enrollment or retention
- Troubleshoot devices or support patient offboarding as needed
- Maintain security of sensitive information and report concerns when necessary
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment in every interaction
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field a plus)
- 2+ years of related professional experience
- Familiarity with EHR/CRM systems preferred
- Experience with senior populations in healthcare settings (home health, clinics, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, self-motivate, and work independently in a fully virtual environment
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
