Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Candidates must reside in approved counties across FL, GA, OH, TX, MS, AL, AR, MD, PA, and SC
- Standard work-from-home requirements: quiet space, ergonomic setup, and stable high-speed internet (10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum)
What You’ll Do
- Guide patients through enrollment and eligibility for the Prescription Payment Plan
- Verify prescription coverage and manage approval processes
- Apply cost-sharing benefits to reduce patient copays and coinsurance
- Coordinate with pharmacies for accurate fulfillment and reduced prescription costs
- Support ongoing refills, renewals, and adherence to medication regimens
- Provide program updates and assist patients with annual renewals
What You Need
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service (prescription assistance preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes
- Excellent communication skills with patients, providers, and pharmacies
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Self-motivated and adaptable to working independently in a remote environment
