Schedule

  • Full-time remote, 35–45 hours per week based on business needs
  • Paid training: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST for 6 weeks
  • Post-training shifts: assigned by business need; may fall between 11:00 AM–11:30 PM EST, Sunday–Saturday
  • Quarterly shift-bid cycles: schedules can vary between 6:00 AM–2:00 AM EST and may include weekends, holidays, and non-consecutive days off

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 2–3 inbound service and reservation calls per hour with professionalism
  • Process changes to existing reservations quickly and accurately
  • Follow the Customer Connection methodology to create remarkable experiences
  • Use multiple browsers and systems while engaging customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Meet performance goals and participate in team meetings and training

What You Need

  • Consistent availability for full-time schedules and changing shifts
  • Strong typing and multitasking skills with internet navigation, chat, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Clear communication skills across phone, chat, and email; comfortable with follow-up outbound calls
  • Coachable, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Private, distraction-free home workspace in a separate residence from any other WTH remote employee
  • Stable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
