Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote
  • Flexible hours; some night and weekend availability may be required
  • Applicants from AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, MD, MA, MI, MO, NH, NJ, NC, OH, OK, SC, TX, VA preferred (others considered case-by-case)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide responsive, first-contact support to GoShare drivers
  • Assist with onboarding, registration, and account management
  • Troubleshoot app/platform issues and communicate policies clearly
  • Escalate complex concerns and ensure driver satisfaction
  • Stay current on tech updates to deliver accurate support
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment

What You Need

  • Associate degree or higher preferred (not required)
  • 1+ year of customer support experience (remote or in-office)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in the gig economy is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
