Charlie Health is seeking a Care Admin Specialist (Part-Time) to support data accuracy and provide administrative assistance across admissions and clinical teams. In this role, you’ll ensure patient records are accurate and up to date, facilitate smooth data transfers between systems, and provide essential operational support—all of which directly impact the quality of care clients receive.

Responsibilities
- Data Review & Transfer: Accurately review and transfer patient data between Salesforce and EMRs, ensuring compliance with all standards.
- Patient Chart Maintenance: Keep records complete, organized, and up-to-date.
- Data Entry & Management: Input and update patient information, resolve discrepancies, and monitor data integrity.
- Administrative Support: Assist admissions and clinical teams with scheduling, document prep, correspondence, and meetings.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and all data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate care and administrative activities.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to strengthen knowledge of care administration and compliance.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant administrative or data-related work experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, or related field
- Healthcare or administrative background with knowledge of data reconciliation, entry, and migration (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce, GSheets, or EMRs is a plus
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance standards
