This role works cross-functionally with Operations, Clients, Training, IT, and Recruiting, ensuring smooth provisioning and compliance. Responsibilities
- Submit, track, and escalate agent client credentials and access requests
- Manage new hire provisioning and offboarding processes
- Ensure accurate roster maintenance across systems
- Track attrition within Salesforce and QuickBase
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Perform PHI cleanup and compliance monitoring
- Support IT and contact center operations with credentialing needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with user settings, preferences, and productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBase, or similar platforms
- Background in contact center operations or BPO
- Project management skills or experience
