BroadPath is hiring Member Service Representatives to join its growing remote team. In this role, you’ll support providers by answering inquiries related to member eligibility, coverage, benefits, copayments, and claims. With the right tools, training, and support, you’ll play an important role in helping members and providers navigate healthcare with confidence.

Schedule & Compensation
- Base pay: Up to $18.00/hour
- Pay frequency: Weekly
- Training schedule: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Production schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
What You’ll Do
- Verify member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim payment/statuses
- Estimate member out-of-pocket costs and explain copayments
- Achieve performance goals in efficiency, call quality, satisfaction, first-call resolution, adherence, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with BroadPath, client, and HIPAA regulations
What You’ll Need
- 1+ year of recent experience as a health plan Provider Service Representative handling eligibility, coverage, benefits, copayments, and claims
- 6+ months of Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
- Strong multitasking skills with computer systems and telephony
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay focused and productive in repetitive, fast-paced tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
