BroadPath is hiring Medicare Provider Service Representatives to join our fully remote team! In this role, you’ll support healthcare providers by answering inquiries about eligibility, coverages, benefits, copays, and claims for Medicare members.

Pay & Schedule
- Base Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Schedule: Full-time, no weekend work required
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT
What You’ll Do
- Verify member coverages, benefit types, and eligibility dates
- Review claim payments and statuses
- Estimate out-of-pocket expenses and explain copays
- Deliver accurate information with professionalism and empathy
- Meet performance goals for efficiency, call quality, adherence, and attendance
- Ensure HIPAA, client, and BroadPath compliance
What You’ll Need
- 6+ months Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
- 1+ year recent experience as a Provider or Member Customer Service Rep in health plans
- 1+ year remote work experience
- Strong multitasking skills: navigating screens, searching systems, entering data quickly and accurately while on calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay focused and productive with repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to scheduling changes as needed
