Founded by industry veterans in robotics, machine learning, and design, we’re an agile and collaborative team dedicated to solving real-world problems while delivering delight to customers, merchants, and pedestrians.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Hourly pay: $34.00 – $40.00, plus equity options
- Must be available for IT support across remote and hybrid work environments
What You’ll Do
- Respond to IT Service Desk tickets as the first point of contact for technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral problems across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
- Manage Google Workspace user accounts, permissions, and access
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and equipment preparation
- Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (Ubiquiti experience a plus)
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and escalations
- Document solutions, maintain ticket records, and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, process automation, and system improvements (20% of role)
- Support both corporate IT and operational technology needs for our delivery robots
What You Need
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and endpoint protection
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and service management practices
- Ability to support a remote-first, distributed team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- Okta or other identity management experience (SSO, LDAP, SCIM)
- Experience with IT automation or scripting
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
