Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours weekly
- Monday–Saturday, shifts between 6 AM – 8 PM PST
- Remote (US-based)
- Starting pay up to $18/hr + monthly bonus
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective members to introduce the Wellth program and guide them through enrollment
- Help patients download and use the Wellth mobile app (iOS and Android)
- Build rapport and explain program benefits clearly and empathetically
- Conduct feedback calls to ensure member needs are heard and addressed
- Document all interactions accurately, following established processes
- Collaborate with the Member Operations team to drive engagement and enrollment goals
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal + written)
- Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections with patience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Familiarity with mobile technology and ability to guide others through setup
- Positive, professional demeanor and empathetic approach to patients
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
