Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (US-based)
- Standard business hours with flexibility to meet monthly close deadlines
- Collaborative team environment across finance and operations
Responsibilities
- Collect, manage, and resolve outstanding invoices for assigned accounts.
- Research, identify, and resolve collection issues in a timely manner.
- Provide resolution for billing inquiries and disputes.
- Assist with unidentified payment applications.
- Meet deadlines for month-end close responsibilities.
- Update and improve policies and procedures related to collections as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience.
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience handling escalated research and resolution situations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
