Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position within the United States
  • Standard business hours with flexibility depending on call volume

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assess and prioritize caller needs, providing accurate and efficient resolutions.
  • Educate callers on Sharecare program benefits and available services.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system using call-tracking tools.
  • Troubleshoot, escalate, and follow up on issues when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics, including quality, efficiency, and attendance.
  • Build rapport with callers and adapt communication style appropriately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure caller satisfaction and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (healthcare background a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, internet navigation, and keyboarding.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and systems.
