Schedule
- Full-time position
- Remote, based in Texas
- Consistent scheduling with requests processed within 24–48 hours
What You’ll Do
- Process medical record requests quickly and accurately
- Support overflow processing during peak periods
- Monitor incoming requests across multiple channels
- Uphold HIPAA guidelines and protect patient health information (PHI)
- Provide feedback on request volume and issues
- Perform general office duties as needed
What You Need
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently and in teams
- Dependable and detail-oriented with strong time management
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
