Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote position with availability in 49 locations
- Up to 20% travel within the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors, brokers, and consultants
- Support account managers with program goals, onboarding, and implementation
- Manage records in Salesforce, update NBID profiles, and handle benefit setup
- Track and monitor performance guarantees (PGs) and SLAs
- Provide reports and data insights using Tableau and other tools
- Coordinate logistics for health fairs, events, and member engagement activities
- Support cross-functional collaboration with billing, finance, operations, and account management teams
What You Need
- 1–2 years of healthcare industry experience (Behavioral Health/EAP preferred)
- 1–2 years of client support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau (or similar)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% within the continental U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
