- Email support channel (B2B SaaS customer-facing role)
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding RCM and billing software via email through our help desk platform
- Triage and escalate tickets to appropriate teams, providing detailed information for resolution
- Support engineering ticket creation, review, and prioritization
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of Prompt’s products to deliver expert responses
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding unique needs and exceeding expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and advocate for product/service enhancements
What You Need
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as tech support or similar
- Medical billing background required; Physical Therapy billing strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with RCM processes such as claim review, submission, and follow-up
- Strong analytical mindset with proven troubleshooting and software testing skills
- Ability to multitask, maintain records, and follow specific instructions
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior startup or B2B SaaS experience
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other support software
- Advanced Excel experience
Compensation
- $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Potential equity compensation for outstanding performance
