Schedule
- Temporary, full-time role (late November/early December 2025 through early April 2026)
- Remote, US-based only (no travel required)
- Anticipated pay: $25/hour USD
- This role is non-exempt and not benefits-eligible
Responsibilities
- Answer, triage, and transfer high volumes of client calls with a professional and empathetic approach
- Manage incoming client inquiries (90%+ phone-based), creating and assigning cases to team members
- Provide navigation support to clients, troubleshoot minor technology issues, and offer detailed instructions
- Document client interactions thoroughly and accurately in company systems
- Collaborate with Advisory Experts colleagues to distribute workload and resolve client issues
- Use active listening and critical thinking to address unique client inquiries and escalate when necessary
- Flexibly switch between phone, email, and Teams communication to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- 1+ year in a high-volume customer service environment (phone support strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion when handling sensitive issues
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Strong reading comprehension and internet research skills
- Comfortable adapting to multiple technology systems
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year managing heavy phone communication volume
- Experience in Human Resources or interest in HR career development
