Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role with limited travel (up to 10%)
  • Standard business hours with flexibility for account needs
  • Occasional on-site participation for special events

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for assigned national accounts, managing order execution and fulfillment across seasonal floor sets, promotions, and firm orders
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales reps, planning, logistics, credit, and other departments to resolve delivery or service issues
  • Analyze and manage all order types (At Once, Futures, Bulks, Contracts) and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain firm orders and contracts in SAP, resolving availability and pricing issues while preventing chargebacks
  • Create ad-hoc reporting and maintain customer EDI cross-reference files in SAP, ensuring data accuracy
  • Review price variance reports and collaborate with sales to ensure proper invoicing
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and provide proactive account updates to mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 6–8 years of combined experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Account Management
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to engage internal partners and retail executives effectively
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), BI tools, and SAP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering results
