What You’ll Do
- Lead renewal process for subscriptions, professional services, and managed services contracts
- Ensure seamless renewals by engaging decision makers 4–6 months prior to renewal dates
- Proactively identify at-risk renewals and negotiate terms where needed
- Partner with Sales on strategic renewals and upsells
- Track usage allowances and alert customers nearing limits
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve roadblocks and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate renewal records and reporting metrics
What You Need
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage executives and senior managers
- Proven experience managing customer renewals or account relationships
- Ability to stay calm and provide clear direction in high-stakes situations
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience negotiating contracts and handling sensitive conversations professionally
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
