Schedule
- Full-time, remote role available across the U.S. and Canada
- Must be available for one of the following shifts:
- Monday–Friday, 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm PST
- Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PST
- Some holiday and weekend coverage required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-volume customer support via email and other channels for shipping, troubleshooting, and product inquiries
- Become a product expert across Hatch’s suite of devices and apps
- Deliver empathetic, clear, and solution-driven responses to customers
- Investigate and resolve hardware/software issues with available support tools
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and track bugs
- Own customer issues end-to-end and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills—able to explain technical details simply
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-starter with focus and productivity in a remote environment
- Adaptable to change, proactive problem-solver, and team-oriented
- Bonus: 1–2 years in customer service, especially at a high-growth tech company; interest in gadgets/technology
