You’ll guide users through step-by-step resolutions, deliver clear solutions, and help clients maximize efficiency and satisfaction. What You’ll Do

  • Provide software and technical support for PatientNow applications
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues (scanners, barcode readers, cameras, credit card equipment)
  • Guide clients through solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner
  • Accurately process and record support cases in the CRM ticketing system
  • Escalate priority issues according to procedures
  • Follow up with customers and schedule callbacks when necessary
  • Stay current with PatientNow software updates and industry developments
  • Offer alternative solutions to ensure excellent client outcomes

What You Need

  • Prior software support experience (EMR/Practice Management software preferred)
  • Strong technical skills to diagnose and resolve client issues quickly
  • Experience using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Proficiency with remote access tools (e.g., LogMeIn Remote)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proper phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Effective listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and persistence
