- Full-time
- 100% Remote (USA only)
- Base pay: $50,000–$80,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
- Colorado range: $55,000–$75,000 annually
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve technical support requests, including bugs, data issues, and platform edge cases
- Reproduce, document, and escalate confirmed software issues with detailed technical context
- Communicate clearly with veterinary clinics and vendors about fixes, timelines, and workarounds
- Query and validate platform data; flag anomalies and partner with Engineering and Product teams
- Maintain documentation, improve workflows, and suggest automation opportunities
- Support daily operational tasks like product catalog validation, order reconciliation, and account reviews
What You Need
- 1+ year of technical support, QA, or product operations experience (SaaS preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM or technical field a plus, but not required)
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, browser dev tools, and debugging techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with empathy for users
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare software
