Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
  • Production schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members with Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and enrollment questions
  • Provide clear, accurate information regarding plan coverage, claims, and resources
  • Guide members through applications, documentation, and next steps
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
  • Document all member interactions and outcomes accurately and on time
  • Assist with updating member information and verifying eligibility
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and service standards
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when resolving member concerns
  • Stay up to date on Medicaid program updates, policies, and systems

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare or Medicaid preferred
  • Call center or healthcare experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
