Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- 100% attendance required during training (no time off within the first 60 days)
- Candidates must provide their own equipment: monitor (19”+), wired mouse/keyboard, ethernet cable, and reliable high-speed internet (25mbps download / 10mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Receive inbound phone calls and faxes from members, doctors’ offices, and departments regarding medication prior authorizations
- Manage the prior authorization process, provide status updates, and follow up with healthcare providers
- Review documentation, interpret medical data, and enter information into the system accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service and problem resolution with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members while working independently in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of healthcare, claims, or medical administrative experience
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong knowledge of medical and healthcare terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work on-camera in meetings, training, and team check-ins as part of company culture
Preferred
- Prior experience managing or processing medication prior authorizations
