Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (not available to residents of certain states)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
- Occasional non-business day or January 1st availability for go-live support
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support internal and external projects, deliverables, and programs
- Lead benefit and plan changes with internal teams and external partners for accuracy and timeliness
- Facilitate meetings, maintain project plans, and document requirements using standard templates
- Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth processes and communication
- Support third-party transitions, client terminations, broker updates, and other internal projects
- Track project status, create weekly reports, and provide go-live support as required
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of client service, implementation, or program management experience preferred
- PBM or healthcare industry knowledge strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint; CRM, Smartsheet, NCRx, and reporting tools a plus
- Strong data analysis, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel as needed
