Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (not available to residents of certain U.S. states)
- Work hours: Monday–Thursday 6 AM–7 PM CST; Friday 6 AM–6 PM CST
- Flexibility required to meet department needs
What You’ll Do
- Enroll new patients into specialty pharmacy services, including care management, copay assistance, and billing setup
- Place and receive calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
- Gather patient demographics, allergies, medication history, comorbidities, and payer details
- Accurately translate prescription information into pharmacy dispensing software
- Assist providers and insurance companies with prior authorization requests
- Document all information thoroughly and manage assigned workflow queues
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- National CPhT certification and/or state registration/licensure (per state requirements)
- 2+ years of pharmacy support or healthcare environment experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work scheduled hours and adapt to department workflow
- Commitment to legal and ethical compliance in all tasks
