Schedule

  • Contractor role, 100% remote
  • Full-time position handling high-volume member support
  • Requires a secure, distraction-free home office environment

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and chats from members, providers, and vendors with compassion and professionalism
  • Own the member journey by resolving complex cases, including claims, billing, prior authorizations, and benefit coverage questions
  • Facilitate access to virtual care, second opinions, and healthcare resources while ensuring continuity of care
  • Educate members about available benefits and options to empower informed decisions
  • Use internal systems, VoIP tools, and CRM software to manage and document all interactions accurately

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Experience managing high-volume inbound calls (VoIP systems like CXOne a plus)
  • Strong technical proficiency with Google apps, Apple products, and CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven customer service ability
  • Comfortable working independently and staying focused in a remote environment
