Schedule
- Full-time, regular position
- 100% remote within the United States
- Travel requirements up to 15%
What You’ll Do
- Partner with employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with state and federal laws
- Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action plans, and terminations
- Conduct and support training events for management and employees
- Assist with job descriptions, compensation analysis, and promotions
- Oversee safety initiatives and support EEOC/DOL claims as needed
- Manage HR documentation for a 500+ person workforce, including payroll changes and staffing updates
What You Need
- 2–4 years of Human Resources Management experience
- 1+ years in employee relations
- Strong knowledge of state and federal HR regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); Oracle HRIS experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and produce accurate, timely results
