Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.)
  • Monday–Friday business hours (with flexibility based on business needs)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert while representing GoodLeap on customer calls.
  • Provide exceptional service and support through clear, empathetic communication.
  • Identify customer needs and offer additional GoodLeap products where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
  • Resolve concerns with professionalism; escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Contribute to team goals and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (solar industry experience a plus).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to show patience, empathy, and active listening.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and open to coaching and feedback.
