Schedule
- Remote, U.S. based
- Full-time, non-exempt hourly role
- Pay: $21/hour
- Must be available for inbound and outbound member calls during business hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to members, introducing them to Vida’s free health programs.
- Handle inbound calls for assessments, enrollment, app navigation, and general inquiries.
- Build rapport using motivational interviewing techniques to engage members in their health journey.
- Educate members about program offerings that align with their health goals.
- Document all member interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect member confidentiality.
- Identify and escalate complex issues while ensuring timely resolution.
- Support team initiatives such as training updates, peer coaching, and process improvements.
- Consistently meet and exceed inbound/outbound KPIs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience, healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong verbal/written communication and active listening skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience with CRM/ticketing systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
