- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Competitive hourly rate: $18.00/hour + bonus potential
What You’ll Do
- Manage outbound and inbound collections calls with clients to resolve overdue accounts.
- Identify accounts with delinquent payments and find solutions to bring loans current.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals.
- Accurately document account status and payment activity.
- Follow all GoodLeap policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of direct credit/collections experience.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Telemarketing experience with financial products preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.
- Team-player mindset with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
