Schedule

  • Remote, work-from-home position
  • Full-time role, starts October 16, 2025
  • Regular business hours; must provide home office setup with dual monitors (22” minimum)

Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls, transfer and direct calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle patient coordination tasks such as appointment scheduling and transportation.
  • Input accurate data into Carenet systems and EMR/EHR databases.
  • Verify insurance details and liaise with health plans.
  • Provide clinic directions, hours, and general information.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, providers, and team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Healthcare background with experience in scheduling and EMR/EHR systems.
  • Strong computer skills in data entry, navigation, and Microsoft Outlook/Word.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven empathy and compassion.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Must provide two 22” monitors with HDMI and Display ports for remote setup.
