Schedule

  • 100% remote within the US
  • Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST
  • Full-time role

Responsibilities

  • Perform collection follow-up with patients on delinquent and active accounts.
  • Assist patients with resolving outstanding balances while providing excellent customer service.
  • Update patient records with account activity and escalate problem accounts when necessary.
  • Meet monthly department collection goals and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain production benchmarks while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1–2 years of collections, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred (pay differential offered).
  • Ability to multitask across multiple technology platforms.
  • General computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and email systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $18.50–$24.50 (depending on experience and location).
  • Monthly commission bonus program.
  • Pay differential for bilingual English/Spanish.
