What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter customer payment information, client statements, and settlement offers
- Verify payment details and supporting documents for accuracy
- Process documents according to client-specific instructions
- Track workflow, deadlines, and requirements for assigned tasks
- Cross-train to support additional departments when needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months of data entry experience
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow specific guidelines and meet quotas
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems, applications, and programs
