Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (first two weeks)
- Post-training: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
- Attendance: 100% required during training, minimum 93% ongoing to qualify for bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls across multiple service lines
- Provide support for member services, retention, pre-cancel outreach, and limited collections
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Document call activity accurately using internal systems
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and compliance standards
What You Need
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Professional communication and strong customer service aptitude
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications
- Must pass a background check
- 100% attendance required during training period
Work Environment Requirements:
- Quiet, private, distraction-free workspace (no public/shared areas)
Technical Requirements:
- Desktop or laptop (Windows 10 or 11 only; Macs/Chromebooks not supported)
- Dual Core 2 GHz processor or better, 4GB RAM minimum, 80GB free storage
- 18”+ monitor with 1920×1080 resolution
- Wired keyboard, mouse, and noise-canceling headset
- Hard-wired internet connection (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)
- Firewalled router required (no Wi-Fi or satellite connections)
