Pay: $19.50/hr + Tiered Monthly Bonuses + Per File Bonuses (starting at loan #1, paid bi-weekly) + OT eligibility
Type: Full-time, Remote (with option to work in one of 208 local offices nationwide)

What You’ll Do
- Process FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, Home Equity, 2nd Mortgages, Home Improvement, DPA/Bond Programs, and Reverse Mortgages.
- Accurately calculate income for all borrower types, including complex tax returns.
- Communicate with customers, loan agents, and third parties throughout the mortgage transaction.
- Review and verify income, credit, appraisal, and title docs before underwriting.
- Maintain compliance with TRID, investor, and state/federal guidelines.
- Coordinate closings with borrowers, agents, and title companies.
- Issue LE’s and CD’s independently.
- Work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
What You Bring
- Bilingual Spanish skills required.
- 5–7 years’ mortgage processing experience (recent, including purchase loans).
- Deep product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and specialty programs.
- Proficiency with Encompass or other loan origination systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines.
Physical/Work Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods, lift up to 10 lbs., and operate office equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $19.50/hr base pay
