Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (based in Irvine, CA)
- Regular participation in team meetings and ongoing training required
What You’ll Do
- Provide prompt, professional support to Account Managers, Account Executives, and clients
- Manage client data, marketing files, and suspense items while ensuring compliance with agency procedures
- Perform rating functions on carrier websites and process policies, endorsements, and requests
- Prepare and issue insurance documents including applications, certificates, ID cards, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate client records (electronic and physical), ensuring proper organization and scanning
- Collaborate with carriers and clients to resolve service needs and gather required information
- Participate in agency trainings, meetings, and professional development opportunities (CISR designation encouraged)
What You Need
- High school diploma required; insurance education (CISR, INS 21, etc.) strongly preferred
- Fire & Casualty license required
- At least 2 years of experience working with commercial clients and underwriters in a retail insurance agency
- Strong organizational skills, professional communication, and a collaborative approach
- Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a team environment
