Responsibilities
- Become a Vesta product expert, mastering platform functionality
- Document and maintain detailed test cases with precision
- Support partner integrations by mapping data across platforms and configuring/testing integrations
- Partner with customer implementation teams to create best-practice loan fulfillment workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Play a critical role in launching industry-changing software for customers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in the mortgage industry in an operational role
- Technical aptitude; quick learner comfortable with APIs, XML, MISMO, and tools like Postman
- Strong problem-solving mindset; curious and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments with cross-functional collaboration
