Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (US-based)

What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
- Manage vendor processes, identify risks in agreements, and maintain vendor systems
- Track and maintain all agreements within the contract lifecycle management system
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support compliance and negotiations
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including reports and scheduling
- Act as point of contact for contract-related inquiries from staff, clients, and vendors
- Assist in training employees on contract procedures and policies
What You Need
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Proven negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable terms
- High attention to detail and accuracy in contract review/drafting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze terms, spot risks, and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management tools (e.g., DocuSign, Ironclad, Salesforce, Torii)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
